I didn't formally do this exercise as it was laid out... but I did seek feedback, and then listened to what was offered.

This is what I learned.

1) What about me inspires others? My passion. My fearlessness. My work ethic. My honesty. My loyalty. My intelligence.

2) What do others think is possible for me in the year to come? For me to buy a home on my own. For me to find balance with my emotions. For me to take on a much more demanding/responsible position in the management of the store.

3) What behavior, habit or belief would I have to give up in order to make this the best year of my life? I would have to trust that the world is not "dangerous" and that it is possible to life without the level of stress that I have come to accept as ordinary.

4) What skills and abilities do I have that I would like to see me develop? More healthy boundaries, more direct honesty and less people pleasing.

I didn't do this card at all.

I re-commit to loving myself by giving myself 10 minutes a week to read the card and consider what actions I could take to integrate it into my life.

It really helps me to post my thoughts about the card right after I send it out to you...

And I didn't do that with this card.

I did do it with this week's pink card about blame, so now I've gotten that part taken care of.

So that's what I re-commit to:

Posting my own comments and thoughts about the card for the week before I log out from sending things to you about the new card.

Perfect.
